The challenge
Each platform has different safe zones, motion speeds, and viewer behavior. What works at 16:9 breaks at 9:16 — focal points shift, text falls off-frame, pacing needs adjustment per context.

Taking raw footage from an offline editor and carrying it through VFX integration, compositing, color grading, tracking, and final delivery — owning the entire online edit pipeline.

Collaborate with post house build graphic assets and create multi format videos
Working alongside an external post house to request raw assets — VFX elements, plates, green screen footage, graphic packages — and rebuilding the entire campaign beyond the 16:9 master they delivered.
A 16:9 composition doesn't simply resize. Subjects get cropped, text falls outside safe zones, motion paths break entirely. Every format is a considered rebuild — not a resize.
Solution
I need to animate the video frame to keep the subject, the product, and texts stay in the middle.
